XGM-911 (1928)

Built by Bayer Peacock & Co. Manchester, UK, in 1928 as XG class. This loco with 0-8-0 (Decapods) wheel arrangement, was used for hump yard shunting in NWR. Later modified to 2-8-2 (Mikados) wheel configuration, in 1943, to reduce axel load, at the Mughaplura Workshops of the NWR (now in Pakistan) and re-classified as XG/M. Currently resting at National Railway Museum, New Delhi.
