Following a contract agreement between RITES Ltd (Indian Railway PSU) and Bangladesh Railway executed on 21st January 2015, and subsequently between RITES Ltd and RCF, Indian Railways have started exporting 120 modern LHB coaches to BR since June 2016, at an estimated cost of ₹ 367 crore.
