PT-37156 --- Built by Robert Stephenson & Co. Darlington, UK in the year 1936. With 'Adriatic' 2-6-4 type wheel configuration this broad-gauge tank locomotive was primarily used for hauling suburban passenger rakes in South Indian Railways. PT class locos believed to be one of the first BESA locomotives to be fitted with outside cylinders. Now preserved at National Rail Museum, New Delhi. Photographed by Rudranil RoyChowdhury.
