Kolkata Tram - 230 --- This modernised fiber-body tramcar was plying through the busy & congested Kolkata streets in front of Lalbazar, the Kolkata Police Headquarters, serving on Route # 8 from Bagbazar to BBD Bag. Framed by Roy on 20th March 2013.

In the year 1904, a line from Esplanade to Bagbazar was commissioned which runs via Bentink Street, Lalbazar & Chitpur Road (now Rabindra Sarani). Later it was re-routed via Dalhousie due to closure of Bentink Street lines for metro rail construction. Thus Route # 8 was as of now over hundred & fifteen years old.
