Clause 5.2.1: Member(s) of TrainTrackers will be granted full access to the database, materials, passwords, etc. and will be able to contribute material(s) to all sections of this website.

Clause 5.2.2: Before accepting Membership of TrainTrackers one has to agree & understand that there will be an annual subsrciption fee which he/she need to pay every year lately by 15th day of December.

Clause 5.2.3: Before accepting Membership of TrainTrackers one also has to agree & understand that the annual subscription fee may vary every year depending on certain uncontrolable conditions.

Clause 5.2.4: Member(s) of TrainTrackers also has to agree & understand that they are free to host/publish/submit/donate any of his/her photo(s) & video(s) on any other website(s), social media platform(s) and also can take part in any photographic competitions excluding those material(s) which are already hosted in traintrackers.com and also excluding the particular photo(s) exclusively submitted for TrainTrackers Locomotive Database.

Clause 5.3: Associate Member(s) of TrainTrackers will also have to abide by certain norms & guidelines set by the admin panel and need to agree, understand & follow those intricately & faithfully.

Clause 5.3.1: Associate Member(s) of TrainTrackers will be granted access to the social media platforms of TrainTrackers like Facebook/Twitter handle/YouTube etc. where one can host their photo(s) & video(s) copyrighted by TrainTrackers and will be able to contribute material(s) to all sections of this website except the locomotive database.

Clause 5.3.2: There is no annual subsrciption fee for any of the Associate Member(s) of TrainTrackers. Please refrain from entertaining any such demand(s) in the name of TrainTrackers from unknown source(s) asking for any kind of financial transaction(s).

Clause 5.3.4: Associate Member(s) of TrainTrackers also has to agree & understand that they are free to host/publish/submit/donate any of his/her photo(s) & video(s) on any other website(s), social media platform(s) and also can take part in any photographic competitions excluding those material(s) which are already hosted in traintrackers.com.

Clause 5.4: Before accepting membership of TrainTrackers one also has to agree & understand that TrainTrackers is not encouraging railway photography for its member(s) without adequate safety measures & necessary permission(s) from the concerning authority for instances. You may be questioned or challenged by local security personnel if you are in restricted areas. You should have appropriate permits from Railway officials for rail-photography in any restricted areas, yards, sheds, inside locomotives, etc.

Clause 5.5: Before accepting membership of TrainTrackers one also has to agree & understand that TrainTrackers do not accept responsibility for, and explicitly disclaim all liability for any illegal or dangerous acts carried out by any of its member(s) in the pursuit of rail-fanning or any other related activities.

Clause 5.6: Before accepting membership of TrainTrackers one also has to agree & understand that he/she will refrain from making any kind of controversial, defamatory, derogatory, racial, communal, sexual remarks or comments or both in any social media platform or in front of print/electronic media whatsoever.

Clause 6: Termination of a Membership

Clause 6.1: Stringent action(s) will be taken in any of the cases mentioned in Clause 5.6 which will include immediate termination of membership & all kinds of association with TrainTrackers and will attract legal proceedings under Section 66 of the Indian Information Technology Act 2000.

Clause 6.2: Any racial act(s)/behavior(s)/comment(s)/sign(s) etc. made/published by any member/associate member of TrainTrackers through any form(s) will attract legal proceedings under Sections 153A, 295 & 295A of Indian Penal Code & immediate termination of membership & all kind of association with TrainTrackers.

Clause 6.3: Any kind of defamatory act(s)/comment(s)/sign(s) made/published by any member/associate member of TrainTrackers through any form(s) will attract legal proceedings under Sections 499 & 500 of Indian Penal Code & immediate termination of membership & all kind of association with TrainTrackers.

Clause 6.4: Any instance(s) or deliberate attempt(s) of making communal remark(s)/comment(s) in public or in any social media or publishing of photo(s)/video(s) in soical media which may hurt the sentiment(s) of the perseon(s) of any particular community/caste/religion or inturn may inciting communal violence in India/outside, by any member(s)/associate member(s) using the name of TrainTrackers will attract immediate termination of membership & all kind of association with TrainTrackers & legal proceedings under Sections 153A & 120B of Indian Penal Code & Section 66 of the Indian Information Technology Act 2000.

Clause 6.5: Any kind of profinity/sexually explicit act(s)/comment(s)/sign(s) made/published by any member/associate member of TrainTrackers through any form(s) will attract legal proceedings under Section 354 of Indian Penal Code & will attract immediate termination of membership & all kind of association with TrainTrackers.

Clause 6.6: Any instance(s) of publishing sexually explicit material(s), pornographic photo(s) or video(s) in any platform by any member(s)/associate member(s) using/misusing the name of TrainTrackers or any intentional/deliberate attempt(s) of bringing disrepute to TrainTrackers in any social media platform(s) or in any print/electronic media will attract immediate termination of membership & all kind of association with TrainTrackers & legal proceedings under Section 66 of the Indian Information Technology Act 2000.

Clause 7: Contributing Materials to TrainTrackers

Clause 7.1: TrainTrackers may accept material(s) from any person which may satisfy the general purpose of this website & the person will be termed as 'Contributer' in the website which shall not mean any membership granted whatsoever. Interested persons may send their copyrighted photographs to: traintrackers2017@gmail.com

Clause 7.2: While contributing photos it should be understood the TrainTrackers do not accept responsibility for, and explicitly disclaim all liability in case of any copyright infringements by any third party in any case whatsoever.

Clause 7.3: By contributing material for our web site (traintrackers.com) one has to agree & understand that the material may be accessible to the general public, may be indexed and catalogued by search engines and other information aggregators and may thereby be made available in other forms.
