Puri

Puri --- It is a Terminal train station and serves Puri, the sea-shore temple city of Odisha. A prominent & perennial tourist destination with attractions includes Lord Shri Jagannath Temple, the magnificent beach & the yearly Ratha Yatra. Flooded with tourist round the year, the station is well connected to all parts of the country. The Khurda Road-Puri section was opened to traffic on 1st February 1897. It is a busy station handling around 92 trains daily and serving about 138,000 passengers per day. The station have seven plaforms. Station code - PURI.
