Lokmanya Tilak Terminus --- Formerly known as Kurla Terminus, situated in the Kurla suburb of Mumbai opened in 1991. Kurla Terminus later renamed to Lokmanya Tilak Terminus in 1999. In 2003, Central Railway (CR) decided to expand LTT to take on more rail traffic as the Mumbai CST had reached its saturation point and was unable to handle any more express trains. In 2006, the Mumbai division of CR cleared the designs for construction of a swanky station complex to replace the dilapidated terminus complex. The revamped Terminal building was inaugurated in April 2013. Currently the station have 5 platforms and around 68 trains originates/terminates at this Terminus. Station code - LTT.
