Diesel-powered Self Propelled Accident Relief Train of Delhi (NR). This three-coach SPART was manufactured at Integral Coach Factory, Chennai. It has been designed by Research Design and Standard Organization (RDSO). The first coach is a staff van, second a medical van and third one being a tool van. The well-equipped van has air-conditioned operation theatre, medical equipment and a furnished kitchen for the medical staff and accident victims who need immediate care and primary aid. In case of an emergency, the operation theater would be kept ready with medical specialists in the van. Max. speed - 105 kmph.
