AK-6 'Raj Nandini'

Actually a B class locomotive use to run in Azimgunj-Katwa line thus it was named as AK-6. Built in 1914 at W. G. Bagnall & Co. Stafford, UK, this locomotive have 0-6-4 wheel arrangement. With a max speed of 35 kmph & 70 ton hauling capacity this loco use to generate 360 hp & was heavily used in Azimgunj-Katwa section of EIR. Currently plinthed outside Howrah Station christened as Raj Nandini.
