Slowly the toy train reached Jummapatti railway station up on a hillock on the skirt of Matheran. Jummapatti is a small train station on the Neral-Matheran train route and a popular route among trekkers. The trek will trail through a lush green foresta and waterfalls during monsoons. During the trek you may also spot a variety of birds. This trek is suitable for beginners as well as advanced trekkers. Recommended for trekkers, nature lovers, families and groups. There is also a wonderful waterfall - 'Jummapatti waterfall' on the way which is worth a visit in monsoon and especially if it has rained adequately.
