ST - 707

ST-707 --- Built in the year 1904 at Mughalpura workshop (now in Pakistan) by assembling kit received from North British Locomotive Works, UK. This ST class broad-gauge tank locomotive with 'Webb' 0-6-2 type wheel configuration was equipped with Stephenson's valve gear & two 17”x 24" inside cylinders. It is the first example of in-house assembled locomotives, which was used for shunting duty by North West Railway. Currently resting inside National Rail Museum, New Delhi.
