PL - 692

PL-692 --- The Mayurbhanj Railway chose 20 ton 0-6-4 tank locomotives built by Kerr, Stuart & Co. Ltd. London, England and were designated as 'ML' class. The first two of these locomotives built in the year 1904 (No-691, 692) were aquired in the year 1905. Later in 1924, two more locomotives of same class (No-693, 694) were also added to the fleet. These locos were later transferred to Naupada shed of Paralakhemedi Light Railway and were re-classified as 'PL' class locomotives.
