AK - 3

AK-3 --- Originally a B class locomotive use to run in Ahmadpur-Katwa NG line thus it was reclassed as AK-3. Built in 1914 at W. G. Bagnall & Co. Stafford, UK, this locomotive have 0-6-4 wheel arrangement. With a max speed of 35 kmph & 70 ton hauling capacity this loco use to generate 360 hp & was heavily used in Ahmadpur-Katwa section of EIR.
