OPGC-WDG4D-005 --- A Diesel Locomotive Works, Varanasi manufactured WDG4D class Locomotive unit belongs to Odisha Power Generation Corporation Limited (OPGC) in VSKP outfit standing tall at Varanasi for drying up its factory fresh paint-job. Seldom do we come across such colour-bleeding locos in IR. A total of five units of WDG4D class HHP locomotive was manufactured & delivered by DLW for OPGC under the Make in India initiative of Govt. of India. Framed by Somsubhra Das. D.O.P. - 11th May 2018.
