31030-WAG9-GMO --- 'NavShakti' was the first WAG9H locomotive to be rolled out of CLW on 30th June 2000. Tested as prototype WAG9H version. Earlier used to be in green with twin-white-bands livery later repainted in standard G9 livery after being rebuilt as WAG9. Spotted by Somsubhra Das at Dankuni while waiting with BOXNHS rakes on 27th Dec 2013.
