19571-WDS4D-HWH --- Gone are the hey days !!! This modified WDS4D of Howrah DLS was christened as 'Swachchata' which means cleanliness. It is actually modified into a 'mechanized track apron cleaning system' and was commissioned on 27th March 2006. Framed by Somsubhra Das inside Howrah DLS in dilapidated condition (now scrapped & dismantled). D.O.P. - 4th June 2016.
