One of its kind in the country, This artistically refurnished narrow-gauge revolving restaurant is an integral part of this museum. The restaurant was inaugurated by the then general manager of the South East Central Railways in April 2010. It is mounted on an 80 feet diameter turn-table which was used to turn the coaches and locomotives during the steam era. It gently rotates automatically giving the diner the feeling of sitting in a train & takes around 14 mins to complete one 360 degree rotation. The restaurant consists of two antique railway coaches, one of which was a Dining Car GC-28 built in the year 1906 and the other one was a Observation Car WCE-10 built in the year 1932.
